Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Owner and Founder of Align Aesthetic Lounge
Megan is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of medical experience and extensive training in aesthetic medicine. She began her nursing career in 2011 after graduating from Linfield College and earned her Nurse Practitioner degree with honors from Pacific Lutheran University in 2015.
Her clinical background spans Primary Care, Acute Care, Intensive Care, and Medical Surgical settings, providing a strong foundation in patient assessment, safety, and complex clinical decision making. That depth of experience informs her approach to aesthetic medicine, where she prioritizes comprehensive treatment planning, technical precision, and consistent, high quality outcomes.
Megan is known for her expertise in facial aesthetics and her ability to create natural, balanced results tailored to each patient. She believes aesthetic medicine should enhance confidence while supporting long term skin health and overall wellness. Every treatment is approached thoughtfully, with an emphasis on education, safety, and individualized care.
Outside of the clinic, Megan lives in Lake Tapps with her husband and three children. She enjoys reading, animals, traveling, live music, and spending time with friends and family.
Lyne Liboiron-Bouie, DNP, ARNP
Aesthetic and Wellness Nurse Practitioner
Lyne brings over 15 years of healthcare experience to the field of aesthetic medicine, blending advanced clinical expertise with a genuine passion for wellness and natural-looking results. As a doctorate-prepared Nurse Practitioner, Lyne is deeply committed to delivering safe, evidence-based, and highly personalized care tailored to each individual’s goals.
With a strong foundation in patient assessment and clinical decision-making, Lyne approaches aesthetics with a focus on long-term skin health, balance, and confidence. She is known for her thoughtful, results-driven approach and her ability to create treatment plans that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing safety and patient education.
Passionate about both aesthetics and overall wellness, Lyne believes in empowering clients to look and feel their best from the inside out. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active through weight lifting and mountain biking, and maintaining a lifestyle centered around strength, health, and balance.
Avery Bean
Aesthetic and Wellness Registered Nurse
Avery is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of hands-on medical experience, bringing a strong clinical foundation and a patient-first approach to aesthetic medicine. She began her nursing career in Sitka, Alaska, working in acute care and labor and delivery, where she developed exceptional clinical judgment in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
After returning to Washington, Avery transitioned into the perioperative setting while earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington. She has spent the past 12 years working in a surgery center, honing her precision, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to safety—skills that translate seamlessly into aesthetic practice.
Known for her upbeat, warm, and approachable demeanor, Avery prioritizes trust, education, and personalized care. She is deeply committed to creating a comfortable experience and delivering thoughtful, results-driven treatments.
Outside of the clinic, Avery enjoys time with her husband and two young children. She’s a proud dog mom to two French bulldogs and has a strong passion for health, fitness, and strength training. In her downtime, she loves reading and indulging in all things beauty, fashion, and self-care.
Madelyn Holst, LME
Master Esthetician
Madelyn is a highly experienced Master Esthetician with a strong foundation in medical aesthetics and nine years of hands-on experience delivering advanced, results-driven skin treatments. She specializes in customized facials, corrective skincare programs, chemical peels, and microneedling, with a focus on improving skin health, texture, and overall complexion.
Known for her thoughtful and individualized approach, Madelyn carefully tailors each treatment plan to address her patients’ unique concerns and long-term goals. She combines clinical knowledge with an artistic eye, ensuring treatments are both effective and refined while prioritizing skin integrity and visible, lasting results.
Madelyn’s expertise is complemented by a calm, reassuring presence that creates an elevated, comfortable experience where patients feel educated, confident, and well cared for.
