Megan Barker, MSN, NP-C, ARNP
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Owner and Founder of Align Aesthetic Lounge
Megan is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of medical experience and a lifelong passion for aesthetics. She began her nursing career in 2011 after graduating from Linfield College and went on to earn her Nurse Practitioner degree with honors from Pacific Lutheran University in 2015.
After years of caring for patients in Primary Care, Acute Care, Intensive Care, and Medical/Surgical settings, Megan followed her true calling in Aesthetic Medicine. She believes that when we look our best, we feel our best—and that confidence radiates into every part of life. Helping clients feel empowered in their skin and supporting their overall wellness is the heart of her work.
Outside of the clinic, Megan lives in Lake Tapps with her husband and their three children. They spend summers on the boat, staying active, traveling, and soaking up the beauty of the PNW. In her free time, you’ll find her reading, creating, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Madelyn Holst
Master Esthetician
Madelyn is our highly experienced Master Esthetician with a strong background in medical aesthetics. With nine years of hands-on experience, she specializes in advanced, results-driven skin treatments including customized facials, corrective skincare programs, chemical peels, and microneedling.
Known for her thoughtful, individualized approach, Madelyn tailors each treatment to support long-term skin health while delivering visible results. Her clinical expertise is paired with a calming presence, creating an elevated experience where patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care.
Madelyn is deeply passionate about skincare and continually expands her knowledge in advanced modalities, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of treatment as Align continues to grow.
Airiana Pitts
Patient Care Coordinator
Airiana is our Patient Care Coordinator and the first friendly face you’ll see when you arrive at Align. With over a decade of customer service experience, she has a natural ability to create a calm, welcoming, and seamless experience from the moment patients walk through the door.
Highly organized and genuinely patient-focused, Airiana ensures each visit feels effortless and well-orchestrated. Her upbeat energy and attention to detail help set the tone for the elevated level of care we strive to provide.
Outside of Align, Airiana leads an active, adventure-filled lifestyle. She enjoys golfing, snowboarding, CrossFit, and spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, quading, and exploring with her dog. She believes in staying energized, having fun, and making the most of every day—values she brings into everything she does.
